Most of the places on Earth have a freshwater problem, as you know that more than 96% of water is not fresh water and just 2.5% of water is accessible. Seawater containerized RO plants are called as also mobile desalination plants. We can install all systems separately in the container. Because of tank size and reverse osmosis system size, we can use 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft containers. For some applications, if it is bigger than 15,000lph, we separate pretreatment tanks and reverse osmosis units in two or more containers.

Seawater membranes are used to treat high-salinity (35,000 to 50,000 ppm total dissolved solids (TDS)) feed waters. These membranes can operate at pressures up to 1,500 psi. Containerized desalination plant includes pretreatment filter tanks (sand filter tank, carbon filter tank, softener tank optional), and a reverse osmosis desalination system. You just need to feed raw water to containerized RO system and our containerized RO plant turns your seawater into fresh water. Containerized RO system is working the same principle as our reverse osmosis desalination systems. Just install all systems in containers and you get a compact containerized RO plant.

The temperature inside containerized water treatment machinery

In some countries, the daily temperature is very high, especially when you put seawater containerized RO plant on the beachside under all-day sunlight, if the environment temperature is 35°C-40°C, the temperature inside of the container can reach 60°C-80°C. So, we offer insulation panels and air conditioner systems inside. Because as you know that electrical parts over 35°C, cannot work properly. Our seawater containerized desalination plant has heat resistance futures but we have to be sure the electrical part does not face overheating problems.

Also, in some countries especially in the winter time, the temperature is going down. Electrical parts of containerized RO system can be affected therefore we again suggest using an insulation panel with heating equipment inside of the container to solve this issue.

Containerized reverse osmosis water treatment plants or mobile water treatment equipment can be used mostly for drinking water applications and wastewater treatment applications. Also, our containerized desalination water treatment plant can be used where you cannot access fresh water.
