Working Principle of Mechanical bar screen
In a special rake tooth factory, the mechanical bar screen is put together into a collection of rotary grill chains. The motor reducer propels the rake tooth chain, which rotates counterclockwise to the direction of water flow.
Due to the guidance provided by the grooved wheel and the curved rail, when the rake tooth chain reaches the upper portion of the machinery, a relative self-cleaning movement takes place between each set of rake teeth, and the majority of the solid material falls by gravity. The other section uses the cleaner's reverse motion to remove the debris caught on the rake teeth.
The rake tooth chain is similar to a grille in terms of water flow direction, and the use conditions can determine which rake tooth gap is assembled on the rake tooth chain shaft. The smooth flow of water is ensured when the rake teeth separate the solid suspended debris in the fluid. The entire working process can be continuous or sporadic.
