Applications of Dual-Cylinder Switching Filtration System

This filter series is widely utilized in the filtration of liquids such as raw water, sewage, solvents, gasoline, heavily contaminated gasoline, diesel, residual oil, and other liquids. Filters can be used to purify fluids to meet the cleanliness requirements of the downstream process; they can also be used to protect key downstream process equipment from particle clogging, wear, or scaling, which can shorten the operating life or reduce operating efficiency.

Mother liquor recovery and filter system performance features:
1. High processing capacity - The filter element can be added to meet the bigger processing capacity based on the characteristics and content of impurities in different operating conditions.
2. Backwashing function - uses time control and pressure differential control to perform filter cleaning operations automatically.
3. Continuous filtration - multi-tube design, sequential backwashing; the filtration process is not interrupted by the backwash cleaning operation.
4. Fully automatic control - employing PLC programmable program control and human-machine interface operation to monitor and alter the filtration system's working status at any moment.
5. Save a lot of manpower - regular operation and monitoring do not require on-site staff, and automated control can save a lot of labor costs.
6. Low maintenance--adopted from high-performance filter components, low pressure loss, high backwash efficiency, extended service life, and low maintenance costs.
