Microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and nanofiltration membrane filtration system (DQGM-1818H2) have the characteristics of strong anti-fouling ability, easy cleaning, and high-pressure resistance.
It can complete filtration experiments or production of different precisions, realize unified experiments, unified cleaning, and facilitate operation requirements; it is widely used in fermentation, plant extraction, food and beverage, biopharmaceuticals, chemical industry, environmental protection, and other cross-domain separation and purification.

Basic configuration

One multistage vertical centrifugal pump, six SUS316L stainless steel membrane modules, six membrane cores, one 150L material tank, two flow meters, one pressure sensor, one temperature sensor, one on-site pressure gauge, one pressure regulating valve, heat exchange One device, one equipment bracket, several chain clips, pipes and their connecting pieces, one set of the overpressure protection system, one set of the overtemperature protection system, and one set of frequency conversion control system.

Features and process

5. The system is equipped with an automatic protection device, equipped with an emergency stop button, the equipment will stop immediately when pressed, and the equipment will enter the standby state when reset

6. When the pressure into the film is higher than the set value (parameters can be adjusted and set, such as set 0.8MPa), the system is protected and automatically stops and alarms

7. When the material temperature is higher than the upper limit set value or lower than the lower limit set value (the upper and lower limit parameters can be adjusted and set), the system is protected and automatically stops and alarms
