U-TC-YG filter separator with blades

Vertical separators are utilized for droplet removal and have a tiny footprint.
Horizontal separators are designed to handle high flow rates and big droplets.
Economical separator: appropriate for operating settings with limited space and pipes.

Operating principle OF Blade:
•When gas and liquid enter the container, they are channeled through the input baffle, which removes big droplets and loose liquid.
•The liquid flows through the still water plate to the container's bottom and into the first storage tank.
•The leftover water mist and gas enter the blade separator.
•The drain pipe drains the remaining liquid gathered at the bottom of the blade set.

•The submerged sewer pipe and sealing structure make a better drainage mechanism.
•A liquid level controller and drain pipe provide proper liquid discharge from the container.The double-cylinder separator offers a high gas handling capacity, effective droplet removal, and no liquid re-entrainment. The cylinder is a container for static liquid storage.
Operating principle OF Blade Type Filter Separator
(a) Entering gas and liquid are channeled through the input baffle to eliminate big droplets and free water mist.
(b) Liquid enters the liquid storage chamber via the first lower drain pipe.
(c) The leftover water mist and clean gas enter the blade separator.
(d) The residual droplets gathered at the bottom of the blade demister's discharge port enter the liquid storage chamber via the second drain pipe.
(f) In the liquid storage room where two sewage pipes are gathered, a liquid level gauge can be installed.

Characteristics OF Blade Type Filter Separator
Double barrel separators are intended to remove liquids efficiently. Furthermore, with longitudinal configuration, they can reach better gas flow capacities. The upper cylinder contains a separation element, and the bottom cylinder collects the separated liquid. The gas flows from the upper barrel, preventing re-entrainment. Furthermore, the lower barrel serves as a retention chamber, allowing air bubbles to separate from the liquid.
