The network tube extrusion process is intended to cope with high-concentration sewage, such as sewage soaked in water (high-bed type), chicken farms, duck farms, and others. Its operation procedure can consistently maintain a solid moisture content of 65%, which is incomparable to traditional screw extrusion.
Breaking through European, American, and Japanese technology, the water-cut mesh is made on its own, with a gap of 0.3-0.5mm, the most comprehensive filtration, the simplest post-processing, and the longest service life. The gear-type reverse cleaning mechanism does not allow for the reuse of consumables such as wire ropes and electrical parts. Automatic detection, full water level start, filtration, pressure drying, screen washing in the middle, and screen washing and filtration when shut down.
Operating Principle and Framework 
of Water Screen Solid-liquid Separator

  • The primary body of the water-cut mesh solid-liquid separator is a stainless steel flat filter screen surface with precision wedge-shaped steel rods. The wastewater to be treated is equally dispersed on the inclined screen surface via the overflow weir. Because of the screen The mesh's surface gap is small and smooth, while the rear gap is broad; drainage is smooth and difficult to stop; solid substances are trapped, and filtered water flows out of the sieve plate's gaps. Simultaneously, the solid substances are pushed to the spiral groove at the bottom of the sieve plate by hydraulic force. 
  • The screw advances to the extrusion section for further dehydration, and the dehydrated dry residue is ejected from the discharge port, completing the solid-liquid separation process.
  • The water-cut mesh solid-liquid separator effectively reduces the concentration of suspended solids in water, lowering the processing burden of succeeding processes. It is also utilized for solid-liquid separation and the recovery of valuable chemicals in industrial manufacturing. It is a great tool for filtering or recovering solid or colloidal substances such suspended matter, floating matter, and silt.

Scope of Applications of Water Screen Solid-liquid Separator

  1. Used to treat small industrial wastewater from papermaking, slaughtering, leather, sugar, winemaking, food waste, textiles, printing and dyeing, and petrochemicals. 
  2. Used to recover fibers, residues, and other useful substances in industries like papermaking, alcohol, starch, and food processing.
  3. Used for sludge treatment or river dredging.
