Lamella Settler Modules
Lamella Settler Modules permit an increase in the settling surface in decantation/sedimentation units, constituting the simplest and most immediate form of upgrading existing installations as well as the best solution for the plant designer facing layout problems or who wishes to reduce the costs of the civil engineering works.
 Lamella packs are modular structures efficiently employed in water clarification. They speed up settling and oil separation processes and allow space-saving and cost-cutting. They can be easily used to increase flow rate and performance. Juntai produces lamella packs with many benefits as compared with traditional static systems. Thanks to our experience in water treatment plants and our continuous research, we have achieved to optimize the lamella packs' performance and increased their strength and lifetime.
Lamella Settler Modules Made Of 304 Stainless Steel
As well as to give a stronger structure to the blocks, Juntai can supply made-to-size metal frames in 304 stainless steel, suitably shaped and equipped with lifting hooks.
Lamella Settler Modules Design
The product has been studied to maximize the projected surface without limiting the wastewater-free passage. The channels have an arrow shape in order to allow the best solid flow. Juntai lamella packs can be made of different sizes and inclinations. Furthermore, it is possible to cut them to size: all these customization possibilities make the product easy to adapt to any kind of plant or basin, including circular ones. The structure is self-supporting, so it is not necessary to use metal frames. Anyhow we suggest using them whenever you wish to simplify the maintenance and installation operations
