The characteristics of  Lamella Tube Settler Clarifier
1. Limited hydraulic radius and large wet circumference.
2. There is good laminar flow, and floc flow does not interfere with particle sedimentation.
3. The effective load is calculated at 3-5 tons/m2 · h when the inclined pipe is one meter in length. V0 is kept under control between 2.5 and 3.0 millimeters per second, producing effluent of excellent quality.
4. At the water intake, honeycomb inclined pipes with a length of 2.0–3.0 meters are used. These pipes can safely operate and handle high turbidity with a sediment content of 50–100 kg/m3.
5. By using an inclined tube sedimentation tank, it can process material three to five times faster than a horizontal flow tank, and two to three times faster than an accelerated tank or a pulse tank.
